If you will have read my post about skincare, you will know that I LOVE a face mask. There’s something about them that just makes you feel so pampered afterwards. And let’s face it, it’s hard to feel remotely groomed when you’re a mum. I’ve picked out a few budget face masks for all of us mamas who’s face needs a little pick me up from the night feeds. So put baby to bed, run yourself a nice bath and enjoy a soak and let the pampering begin!
My skin is typically combination which means that it’s oily but can get dry in patches. Especially in the Winter, it needs some extra TLC as the cold weather dries it out so a hydrating mask is perfect. I try to use one once a week if I can, I prefer to whack it on before bed and leave it overnight to let it really soak in. The sheet masks are really refreshing if you keep them in the fridge. Perfect for a de-stress after a long day.. just make sure it’s when baby is in bed as it can look pretty scary!
