Hi there, I’m Sophie Hale
 and I am a healthy lifestyle coach and qualified personal trainer. I’m a wife, a new mum and a total open book. I want to inspire women to make healthy lifestyle changes and I want to show you that these changes can be simple and accessible even with limited resources, time or knowledge. Four years ago I had never stepped foot in a gym and my mental health was at rock bottom. I started with a goal of one circuit class a week and my whole perspective on health and fitness changed. I truly believe that if I can change my lifestyle and exercise habits- and do this for enjoyment rather than punishment-then anyone can. ‘Healthy’ means different things to different people. For me it’s a balanced diet of both nutritious food and food that I enjoy, movement that makes me feel good and putting my mental health first.

Since I’m new to blogging I thought I would introduce myself with a few facts about me.

I’m 28, I’m married and I live in Liverpool with my husband and our son, Jacob.
I’m a new mum, Jacob was born in May and I’m loving every minute (well, not every minute but more on that later!)

    I qualified as a Personal trainer when I was 38 weeks pregnant and I am passionate about bringing women together through fitness.
    I run a strength and conditioning class in Liverpool for mums who can bring their babies along and involve them in the workout.
    I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters who I adore.
    I’m a Vegetarian and my favourite food is probably… pizza.
    When I’m not training I’m eating good food, drinking wine with my family and covered in baby sick enjoying some cuddles at home.
